WOO HOO Science Day!

Today in Middle School, it was Science Day! We got to do a lot of experiments such as making butter, marshmallow and spaghetti structures, dish liquid and milk activities and much more. The best part was attending the planetarium. Here we got to learn about our Solar System. Here are some things that we learnt;
- The sun is around 100 Billion times bigger than Earth.
- It takes 6 months for Venus to spin around.
- Long ago, another planet crashed into Earth which created our moon.
- We learnt how to find the Scorpion and the Southern Cross in the sky and how we can use these to help us find Mars and Jupiter.

ALSO - HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON! :)

Reading in MEH

Reading is a fun way to learn facts, gross stuff, interesting narratives and science. Everyday middle school reads to self, read to a partner and completes activities.
